The XGRiD 20-pt Pre-Overland Inspection (POI) includes:

 

  •  Examine chassis and undercarriage

  •  Inspect Wheel Bearings and Grease

  •  Check Tire Pressure

  •  Torque Lug Nuts

  •  Grease suspension fittings

  •  Lubricate Hitch

  •  Check Alignment

  •  Perform Propane Lock-up and Pressure Tests

  •  Test Water Pumps, Check for Leaks, and Fill Water Tank(s)

  •  Check 7-Pin Connector and Electrical System

  •  Check and Adjust Electric Trailer Brakes

  •  Check Solar, DC to DC, and Inverter 

  •  And More…

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are available Monday-Friday 9am - 4pm.  The 20pt POI includes a visual and mechanical check on most major systems.  Parts and repairs will be billed at shop rates, if necessary.  Hybrid caravans, tandem axles, and off-road campers with GVWR over 7000lbs may have additional fees.
